Skava PSG Programming Competition

Mobile traffic overtook traditional desktop traffic for the first time and Skava plays an increasingly important role in providing a platform that helps retailers achieve maximum revenue through the range of smart phones as people replace the desktop as their main shopping device.

Skava held a programming competition for the students at PSG College of Technology in Coimbatore in September 2014 designed to test student’s abilities to solve real world programming problems and challenges.

The award ceremony was held on December 19th and hosted by Dr. R. Rudramoorthy (Principal, PSG College of Technology), Vivek Agrawal (Vice President), Dr. R. Nadarajan (Professor and Head of AM & CS, PSG College of Technology), Technology), Mr. U.N. Murali Krishna (Skava Systems), Mr. Prabhu (Skava Systems), Mr. R. Marx (Associate Professor, CSE, PSG College of Technology) as esteemed guests. The winners received a grand prize of Rs. 1 Lakh and the two runners up were awarded with Rs. 10,000 each.

PSG College of Technology, Coimbatore is the alma mater of the Co-Founder and CTO of Skava and will be opening a mobile computing lab in PSG College of Technology this month.
