While shoppers are becoming more and more digitized in the retail space, they expect one thing – a personalized experience. Today, customers are not shopping traditionally. They spend a lot of time researching your competitors and showrooming to find the best value. Personalization isn’t about solving a problem, it’s about meeting your customers where they buy. During this keynote, Arish will outline the new era of personalization and what retailers must do to achieve success.

Followed by his keynote, Arish will lead an in depth discussion on this topic during the Champagne Roundtable session with other business leaders from IBM, Retail Me Not, RadiumOne, and many more. Retailers are encouraged to ask questions and present their business challenges to Arish, walking away with a deeper understanding of mobile personalization to help shape their mobile strategy.

Mobile Shopping Summit will kick off with the welcome remarks and chairperson’s opening address by Bryan Leach, CEO and Founder of Ibotta followed by a keynote presentation from Aki lida, head of mobile from Zappos and Christian Freidland, founder and president of Build.com. Staples’ Director of Mobile Ryan Bartley will be on a panel to discuss where mobile lies in Balancing the Day to Day vs. Future of Innovation.

While mobile is the key theme and topic of this summit, retailers are given another chance to network and meet with senior level experts and leaders of mobile and omni-channel solutions in an intimate setting.
